2. Pittsburgh Steelers, 20th overall pick

The second lowest pick that the Los Angeles Rams can realistically target in the 2019 NFL Draft ironically is with the team that just made a massive trade with the Oakland Raiders, the Pittsburgh Steelers.

More from LA Sports Hub

The Steelers just traded Antonio Brown to the Oakland Raiders in exchange for a third and fifth-round pick, which was much lower than most people anticipated the Steelers get. When the news broke that Brown wanted out, the initial response was that the Steelers were going to get a first-round pick.

They didn’t and still have just one pick in the first round, the 20th overall selection. So, why would the Steelers want to trade their first-round pick? It would help the team add another pick in the mid rounds as well as a first-round pick next year.

The Steelers would be moving down 11 spots, which is not terrible for a team that is still a playoff contender and does a great job of drafting great talents in the later picks.

Pittsburgh is moving down 11 spots to get a first-round pick next year and probably a fourth-round pick this year as well. That gives the Steelers their third extra mid-round pick this year to bolster the roster as well as the first-round pick that the fans wanted in exchange for Brown.

It might not seem like it would be worth it for the Los Angeles Rams but it all comes down to who the team selects.
