Los Angeles Lakers: Where each expiring veteran should sign this summer
By Jason Reed
Tyson Chandler: Milwaukee Bucks
There is a legitimate chance that Tyson Chandler looks towards retirement this summer. Chandler will be 37 next season and has drastically seen his role and impact in the league diminish. A member of the Phoenix Suns at the beginning of the year, Chandler has been nothing more than a rebounding back-up on the Lakers.

And that is fine. The Lakers did not need a world beater off the bench at center and Chandler has come in and played that role nicely. If his body is up for it and he is willing to play another year or two, Chandler can be another veteran minimum guy for contending teams to pursue this summer.
Out of all the contending teams, the team that makes the most sense for a center like Chandler is the Milwaukee Bucks.
The Bucks could potentially be losing their starting center in Brook Lopez, who is a free agent this offseason. Chances are that Lopez will re-sign with the Bucks, as it has been a great fit, but the team still needs to add depth at the position.
Lopez is the shot-blocking center that can also space the floor but does not have great rebounding numbers. That is where Chandler comes in to be the rebounder in key moments throughout games.
Chander has averaged 5.6 rebounds in 15.9 minutes per game this season and averaged 9.1 the year prior.
He can still contribute in the right role, especially to a team like the Milwaukee Bucks. For the second straight season, the Lakers could lose a veteran center to the Bucks.
