Week 8 @ Chicago Bears

It felt like the 2018 Los Angeles Chargers could win anywhere. You could have put the team in the middle of the Sahara Desert and they would have found a way to win. With wins in Seattle, Kansas City, Pittsburgh, London and Baltimore, the Chargers truly were the best traveling team in the league.

Heck, the team’s only road loss the entire year came at the hands of the Los Angeles Rams, making the Chargers perfect (outside of the Divisional Round loss) outside of the city of Los Angeles.

Charger fans are going to see if the team can repeat that success on the road with some tough road games and another international game, this time in Mexico City. Out of all the travels, though, nothing is tougher than going into Chicago in October and beating the Bears.

October is when Bear weather really starts to come into play and the Chargers are going to not only be fighting the conditions but fighting one of the best, if not the best, home teams in the NFL.

The one good thing for the Chargers is that this is not a primetime game and is an afternoon kickoff, which will take some air out of the crowd and make it warmer than it would be otherwise.

But still, the Bears are a young team with a ferocious defense that can beat any team in the NFL when they are at home. If the Chargers escape this game with a win it will be something special.
