The Boston Celtics won the NBA championship this season, putting them on the mountaintop. Laker Nation doesn't want to hear that, as Boston now has an NBA-high 18 titles.

With the focus now shifted toward the 2024-25 season, teams are looking to build for the future. Los Angeles added Dalton Knecht and Bronny James in the 2024 NBA Draft.

Bronny's game has been heavily discussed and criticized since stepping onto the court with the Lakers' name across his chest.

There have been NBA players in attendance for James' games, and Celtics star Jaylen Brown recently saw the rookie play in person. And he didn't have the most endorsing comments regarding the rookie.

Lakers News: Jaylen Brown Takes a Jab at Bronny James

Brown was sitting courtside with Chicago Sky rookie Angel Reese and Kysre Gondrezick.

He was seen on video saying to Gondrezick, "I don't think Bronny is a pro."

Shortly after the game, he went on X to clarify his comments but didn't give a glowing answer regarding Bronny.

"It’s a flex to have your son alongside you in the NBA it reflects greatness and longevity! Bronny has all the tools around him to be successful I look forward to watching his growth."

In that statement, he praised LeBron and said Bronny has everything he needs around him but didn't speak about his skills.

The USC product has struggled on the offensive end thus far in the NBA Summer League. He's averaging 4.3 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.5 assists, but is shooting 7-of-31 (23%) from the field and 0-of-15 from beyond the arc.

Despite his offensive struggles in the summer league, Bronny has shown glimpses of high-level defensive play. Regardless of his offensive mishaps, the second-round pick has plenty of time to grow.

The kid is still getting used to being a professional athlete and has the work ethic to be successful in the NBA. His game is just getting nitpicked due to his name and status. That's something he'll have to constantly block out, but he's learned from the best in his father.

As for Brown, Laker fans would prefer it if he didn't talk about their players. We all know Celtics and Laker Nation aren't fond of each other. Let's keep it that way.
