There will be no team that is more criticized for a loss in the post-season than the Los Angeles Clippers. For as much talk and internet vitriol as LeBron James has faced since faltering once again in the Finals, the epic collapse of losing the 3-1 series lead against the Rockets is far worse.

The Clipper faithful won’t have to wait long to get back on the court against the Rockets as their first match-up will be in Houston on November 07. With a training camp and a few games to gel together as a team, the biggest question will be what kind of impact acquisitions like Pierce and Stephenson can make on the court against a team that the Clippers showed they already could compete well against.
Los Angeles will be looking to make a statement on the same court where they suffered their worst loss of the season. In the Rockets, they’ll be facing Adidas’ newly minted $200 million dollar man in James Harden. Houston will be looking to rebound from their own one-sided beating in the Conference Finals against the Warriors.
With the game happening less than a month into the season, it should be a thrilling match-up with both teams looking to jump ahead early in the west.
