Justise Winslow sparks rumors
Harrison Faigen over at Silver Screen and Roll pointed out an interesting Instagram post from Heat small forward Justise Winslow. Winslow, who was selected 10th overall in the 2015 NBA Draft, posted the above photo with fellow draft class member D’Angelo Russell. Winslow’s caption read “Loading…”

This post could be looked at as a shot to Russell, or merely just banter between the two young stars. However, Russell added fuel to the fire when commenting something to the extent of “hold on big fella.”
As Faigen pointed out, Russell is most likely referring to something related to the game. However, it also could be Russell telling Winslow to hold on from teasing the fans. Whether this would be Winslow heading to Los Angeles, or Russell heading to Miami, remains to be seen.
More likely than not this is merely just two young players having a good laugh with each other. However, they must know the kind of speculation that this would cause, and likely are leading it on in order to get the fans going. The NBA season is over, the fans need something to talk about, and this gives them just that.
Overall, the Lakers biggest focus as of right now has to be the 2017 NBA Draft. After a fairly thin 2016 class, this 2017 class is stacked with talent. It is understandable why the main focus on the Lakers is making the decision between several elite capable players.

However, other Lakers rumors and news will continue to persist. As the team continues to rebuild, more and more things will come out on how the team can return to glory.
