By Jason Reed
-
Week 13: at Arizona Cardinals
-
Week 14: Philadelphia Eagles
-
Week 15: at Seattle Seahawks
-
Week 16: at Tennessee Titans
-
Week 17: San Francisco Giants
In the closing stretch of games, we see the Rams face each of their division foes once more. In week 13 of the season, the Rams head to Arizona to inflict payback on the Arizona Cardinals. However, the same problems will persist, leading to a 31-21 Rams defeat.
Then we see perhaps the most compelling matchup of the entire season for the Rams when they square off, at home, against the Philadelphia Eagles. The number one and number two overall picks will be squaring off in what will likely be the most entertaining game to watch for the Rams next season. Despite Jared Goff’s desire to prove his dominance over Carson Wentz, the Eagles new and improved receiving core will be too much, leading to a 28-24 Rams loss.

Then, the Rams head to Seattle to try to sweep the Seahawks on their home turf. Despite getting the best of them in game one, the Rams will likely fall in game two against Seattle. We saw how Seattle’s plays with a vengeance in last year’s color rush game, expect a 27-10 Seattle win.
Then, ironically, the Rams head to Tennessee to face the team that gave up the pick to face Jared Goff in the first place. This game was hard to choose, as the Titans have been so hit and miss in the past. However, with a healthy Marcus Mariota and another high draft pick this year, the Titans look poised for a break out year. 27-14 win for the Titans.
Finally to wrap up the season we see the Los Angeles Rams return home to face the struggling San Francisco 49ers. At this point, all hope will likely be lost for the 49ers, and hey, the Rams may somehow have a slim chance of grabbing a wild card berth. The Rams will fight hard for a 21-7 victory.
Final Record: 7-9

This may not be the record that Rams fans want to see, but these Rams rumors are very promising. It is always good to take a step in the right direction, and according to these Rams rumors, if the team maintains this progress they could be a playoff team again as soon as 2019. It may seem far Rams fans, but hold on tight.
